When you install Shopble, we collect and store:
- Your Shopify store domain name
- Video section details you create (titles, descriptions, video URLs, thumbnail URLs)
- Product information you link to videos (product title, price, image, handle, variant ID)
- Custom CSS and JS you add to sections
What We Do Not Collect
- We do not collect any personal information from your customers
- We do not track customer browsing behavior
- We do not use cookies on your storefront
- We do not store payment or financial information
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to display shoppable video sections on your storefront through our app proxy. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising purposes.
Data Storage
Your data is stored securely on our hosted database. Only your store can access your video sections through authenticated requests.
GDPR Compliance
We support all required Shopify GDPR webhooks:
- Customer data request
- Customer data erasure
- Shop data erasure
When you uninstall the app, you may request deletion of all your stored data.
Third Party Services
Videos are hosted on Shopify Files CDN or any URL you provide. We do not use third party analytics or tracking services.
