Free resources
Real Shopify guides. No sales pitch.
Substantive playbooks, audit tools, and articles. The kind of content that'd be a paid course on most agency sites. We're publishing it free because the merchants who read it and never hire us are still better off, and the ones who do hire us get to a result faster.

New resources, sent occasionally
One email when we publish a new playbook, audit tool, or blog post. No drip sequences, no marketing automation. Currently sent roughly once a month.
What is the catch?
Are these resources really free?
Yes. The tools run with no signup at all. The playbooks ask for an email so we can send the file, and that is the whole exchange — no sales sequence, and unsubscribing takes one click.
Will I be added to a sales pipeline?
No. Downloading a playbook puts you on a list that gets an email when we publish something new, and nothing else. Nobody will call you.
What is the difference between the tools and the playbooks?
The tools run in your browser right now with no signup: a speed calculator and an image compressor. The playbooks are written guides sent as a file, covering migrations, speed work and store launches.
Is the free store audit the same as these?
No. The audit is a real person testing your actual store and emailing back what it found, rather than a document. It is also free, and it is the better starting point if you have a specific store in mind.
Can I share these with my team?
Yes, freely. They are written to be handed to whoever is doing the work, including a developer you have hired elsewhere.
How often do you publish new resources?
Irregularly, when there is something worth writing rather than to a schedule. That is also the only thing the email list is used for.
