Yes. We work with merchants across North America, Europe, Australia and the Middle East, and run projects asynchronously with scheduled calls in your timezone. Shopify is the same platform everywhere, so location affects scheduling rather than scope.
Do I own the code you write?
Yes, in full, on completion. Themes, apps and integrations are handed over with the source. There is no licence to keep paying and nothing that stops working if you stop working with us.
What happens after launch?
Every project includes 30 days of free post-launch support for anything that is not working as specified. After that you can leave it alone, or take an ongoing care plan if you want someone watching the store and shipping changes each month.
How long does a Shopify project take?
A theme install and configuration is days. A custom theme is typically 3 to 6 weeks. A custom app is 4 to 8 weeks. A migration is 2 to 6 weeks depending on catalogue size and how much content needs rewriting. Every quote carries a real date rather than a range.
Can you take over a project someone else started?
Usually yes, and it is a large share of what we do. The first step is a paid audit of what exists, because quoting a rescue without reading the code is guesswork. If the honest answer is that rebuilding costs less than repairing, we will say so.
Are you a Shopify Partner?
